I have been running for FSB at 166 for a while. I decided to take it up a few more notches to 173. My 2.4 is now running at 3114 MHz!
Oh, and check out the memory speed. My memory bus is at 216 MHz. Thats right, DDR432!! I am maxing out my ram!
Not bad for a 2 year old computer. I would like to get a new video card to put in it...

pretty much same as yours... P4 Prescott @ 3.4 1gig of DDR ram.
Im afraid to overclock the processor because of heat. I have been doing some reading and some people have pushed a 3.2 prescott up to 4ghz and it is running at 80 degrees @ full load for 2 weeks with out any problems. Seems REALLY high to me, but if a Prescott can handle higher temps, I might push it a few 100mhz.

The only overclocking I have done so far is to my gfx card. I have my 6800GT running at Ultra speeds (400/1100). Isnt much of an increase over the stock speeds but I have a phobia of frying my parts.
