So the President has given up garnering support for the war and will no longer bring forth facts relevant to his case and will just continue to let his approval rating plummet, while at the same time, losing a senseless war?

First off we aren't losing, we just aren't winning. And as I said earlier it is too late to have people rallying around the war. Hoxever, I do understand why it is confusing that he wont bring this info forward. But every intelligence agency in the world, even Russia who was in bed with Saddam, said he had them and with this evidence I find it hard to believe that Bush lied to get us over there

This reminds me of when those two Senators managed to get the report about the stockpiles of WMD that where found in Iraq in 04/05 (idk) declassified and Tony Snow pretty much said, well the bush administration said there was no point in trying to convince you they where right.

And about the former Iraq Air Defense Administrator (I think it was his title, either way he was on Saddam's cabinet) he has a book out about this, and even if the information is true by now the Syrian government or whoever they entrusted the weapons too, have long moved the stock pile and distributed them all over the Middle East. I'm welling to bet some of those rockets that where fired into Israel might have been from Iraq, we know some of the more destructive ones where from Iran.

Either way I dont feel lied to or misdirected, every "good" intelligence agency, but the UN said they had WMD's, Russia included, and it wasn't until we fired up the hornets nest the world found out other wise. Did we over react to this 911 attack and attack a country the probably had it coming to it, yeah I'll agree to that, but it proves a point, that might help us in the long run, we're the S H I T ! (and they did have it coming)
