We need to have another LANapalooza...

Post by lordofthepcs »

Okay, Cory and I were talking in 1B and we decided that March 3rd would be the closest Friday we can get that we can have a LAN here... Since this Friday we have a dance, next Friday we have Homecoming, the Friday after next is a home basketball game... so, in theory, the 3rd is free since there are no games scheduled.

Assuming that we can have a LAN, what games... I'd say everyone is getting tired of AA, UT2K4 (except Derek, we know he ALWAYS wants to play in ;), CoD, etc... Are there any other games that the computer lab machines would run that are fun?

March 3rd works fine for me.

We need to decide on games now so that we can get the lab prepped.

Yeah, we have that.

And, as far as cleaning out computers, I will bring my little air compressor with me so that we can all blow the dust out of our computers.

Uh, March 3rd is almost a month away. Do you think you will be lanworthy by then? I will come pick your computer up for you.

Will the lab machines run CoD2 on low settings? If so, we could play it...

no but, think of the ratio of built PC and school pc that would be in use, we have upward to 10, 11 pc and then theres what 6 people on the xbox, and then theres a person on the "video PC" so CoD 2 could run on sorry ass graphics maybe with a hair of lag.

I didn't think we wanted to taint Bob with games... we just had the AA server running on there I think...

But if Ford wants to use it, we definatly can...
