what do u mean.... he uses French police as riot control and they dont have the best riot control in the world for a reason..... he has past crazy laws to only restrict the French, that’s why everything we hear about France is so stupid, because they are under a dictatorship and know one knows but the French, hence why France had to almost take guns completely away from the French.

Ghandi...most definitely...he ruled the world with an iron fist, \but using no physical violence...he's the man...lol...j/k...

just so everyone doesn't think i'm an idiot (worse than they do anyway), Saddam Hussein kept his people in line...although he gassed whole towns at a time, it kept his country in line. The three races over there, Sunni, Shiites, and the Kurds hated each other (still do), but while Saddam Hussein was in power, they lived in fear...

Now, that he's gone, and Bush is in IRAQ/IRAN/AFGHANISTAN/MIDDLE EAST (finding the ever-so-elusive weapons of mass destruction), they are on the verge of civil war!

The Kurds are different... but, unless Im mistaken, the Sunnies and Shi'ites are still arabs.... except in Iran. The Shi'ites are majority Persian there. Which, now that I think of it, is the majority of Shi'ites in Iraq too....
