Movie Fav's

Post by Lexon Avery »

Well here it is boy's, after all we all have them.

The makings of a good:

Action--Violence to the extreme, and a good reason for it.
Drama--Has to make that girl we dont have next to us cry
Comedy--Only limit here is it has to make you laugh
Horror--Bone chilling, or plan creepy, the mutilation of a human being must occur.
Overall--Can't be beat, your ultimate no hold bars Fav.

Mine:

Action: Boondock Saints
Drama: Meet Joe Black
Comedy: Euro Trip(don't think I have seen the funnest movie to me yet, but I'm getting there)
Horror: Silence of the Lambs (none on these are any good to me)

...Was that girl addicted to drugs or does she secretly have a penis...? How is Scarface a drama...? I get that its not all action but when you start a movie with a guy getting chainsawed to death it really doesnt strike me as a drama, thats all.

Action: Apocalypse Now! (basically any war movie) and every movie in the Indiana Jones Trilogy

Drama: The Godfather (by my definition of drama), The Pianist (excellent WWII movie), A Beautiful Mind, Big Fish, and a lot more...

Comedy: BASEketball, South Park: Bigger, Longer, and Uncut, and Half Baked, there's a bunch...

Horror: pretty much any slasher flick, any Stephen King book turned movie (particularly The Shining), American Psycho, there's a whole lot...

Overall: there's too many to narrow down into one favorite
