My Prescott 3.0 ghz overclockeded to 3.45 and folding...
Don't get jealous yet, lol. I left my dorm room window open all weekend (when it was like -3 degrees outside) and when i came back my pc was running this. I just thought it was funny.

Nice build!!! looks like a very capable machine to me.!! i really like the quality of construction of the case.. everything in mine requires a screw.. or a dozen.. lol... you do any OC yet?? im curious how high you can take that stock 3.0!!! Yea my rig cost around 7 or $800 and the only game i havent been able to play on max settings is Quake 4, but even on just high settings its awesome. Not something u can do with a lap top. unless u dish out some serious cash. Plus, i bought my rig over 8 months ago, so now u can build the same thing...

desktop is the best way to go. Like lexon said, easy to build, easy to upgrade and modify, best for most uses (gaming, home theater, ect.) and most of the things that you will be using a pc for if u plan on doing more than word processing. If you want a little added portability, get a computer case ...

ok i was running my pentium 4 3 ghz prescott at 3.59 ghz and motherboard monitor was reading my CPU temps at 67 C on a full load. At Idle i was running at about 49 C. After my folding incident i only have it overclocked to 3.54 ghz and its idling around 40 C. Does everything sound right there or is ...
