yea well come to find out today at lunch work decided to schedule me to close. which means i wont even be getting out of McD's till at least 1a.m.

WTF are you talking about?? The 6800GT and 6800 Ultra have all 16 pipes open. Only the 6800 AGP had 4 pipes locked that would sometimes unlock.
